My bad review is primarily based on the way, Maria the manager and the owner, handled my complaint. I have had my hair colored and highlighted many times before in different salons and this is the first time, I experience a chemical burn like this. I expressed to her that I was not looking for a full refund but felt it was only right to be offered a partial credit for my incident and the cost of the Neosporin and Motrin that I had to purchase in order to get relief from the effects of this burn. Elements Salon & Studios has been providing its customers with professional services since 1997. I could have my doctor do that!!! She did not demonstrate any effort to come to a resolution that would show me the client, that her salon was taking accountability for my incident. She said that I could come by so she could look at it just to let me know that it was probably okay. I checked it and saw that it was oozing a yellow discharge. On Saturday I started feeling burning on the top and fold of my ear. I didn’t think much of it and went on with my day. She did a great job correcting my mistakes. I needed my hair cut after I butchered it myself. I came home and saw that my left ear was very red.
